Hey there. I actually got kicked out of the marine stadium. I got in (I think the gate was open), and there was a guard (I'm assuming) in his car and he totally didn't see me. I don't think there were any keep out signs. I was in there shooting for a good 20 minutes wandering around before he saw me. And then he just asked me to leave. And that was that. So, if you don't mind getting asked to leave, it might be worth a go. Wear good footwear and don't touch anything - it seemed pretty gross in there. And as far as Jimbo's goes, people take pictures there all the time, though I haven't personally. I think if you just ask, I can't imagine them saying no. Good luck!
